Rows per Spreadsheet

Every export is restricted to a specific number of lines that can be extracted from the Shopify dataset and inserted into a Google Sheet. This limit applies to each export created for your store.

Spreadsheets auto-updated

Exports can be set to run at regular intervals, allowing the data in your Google Sheet to be automatically updated without manual intervention. This is the maximum number of scheduled exports you can set for your store and maximum number of exports you can run at the same time as well.

Dataset and Fields

Entities and columns available for extraction from your Shopify Store. For example, 'Order' is a dataset, and 'Order Number' is a field within that dataset.

Refresh Times

The speed at which eCommix pulls data from your Shopify store varies depending on a few key factors. First, the more fields you want to extract, the longer it might take. Also, the total number of rows you're working with affects this time.

Shopify sets certain limits on how frequently data can be extracted for a given store, and these limits are higher for stores on more advanced Shopify plans. This means if you're on a higher-tier Shopify plan, you get faster updates.

To improve the refresh times of your data exports, consider reducing the number of fields you select in each query. By streamlining the information you request, you can speed up the process and update your data more frequently. This adjustment can make a significant difference in how swiftly you receive your data.

Since Shopify applies these limits store-wide, running multiple requests at the same time can slow down the overall speed of each one. To maintain optimal performance, it's advisable to manage how many requests you send simultaneously.
