Feature	Details
Rows per Spreadsheet	Every export and import is restricted to a specific number of lines that can be extracted/inserted from/to the Shopify/Google Sheet. This limit applies to each export/import created for your store.
Spreadsheets auto-updated	Exports can be set to run at regular intervals, allowing the data in your Google Sheet to be automatically updated without manual intervention. This is the maximum number of scheduled exports you can set for your store and maximum number of exports you can run at the same time as well.
Dataset and Fields	Entities and columns available for extraction and update from your Shopify Store. For instance, 'Order' is a dataset, and 'Order Number' is a field within that dataset.

Refresh Times

The speed at which eCommix pulls/inserts data from/to your Shopify store varies depending on a few key factors. First, the more fields you want to extract or update, the longer it might take. Also, the total number of rows you're working with affects this time.

Shopify sets certain limits on how frequently data can be extracted/updated for a given store, and these limits are higher for stores on more advanced Shopify plans. This means if you're on a higher-tier Shopify plan, you get faster updates.

To improve the refresh times of your exports/imports, consider reducing the number of fields you select in each query. By streamlining the information you request, you can speed up the process and update your data more frequently. This adjustment can make a significant difference in how swiftly you receive your data.

Since Shopify applies these limits store-wide, running multiple requests at the same time can slow down the overall speed of each one. To maintain optimal performance, it's advisable to manage how many requests you send simultaneously.

Enterprise Plan

With the enterprise plan, there is no limit to the number of rows that can be exported. Each time you export rows, any records created within the last month (such as products, orders, and customers) will be refreshed, ensuring that any updates made during that time are synced. This also allows the export to run much faster than if it had to export all your data from the beginning. You can schedule your exports and rest assured that all records will be synced.
